Consulting and Development Services

Acodeus provides professional consulting, software development, and technical services. Due to the customized nature of these services, payments made for completed work are generally non-refundable.

Project Deposits

Initial project deposits may be required to begin project planning and reserve scheduling. Deposits are typically non-refundable once work has begun.

Milestone Payments

For projects structured around milestone payments, refunds are not issued for completed milestones or delivered work.

Client Satisfaction

If a client is not satisfied with delivered work, Acodeus will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions or adjustments where appropriate.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel ongoing services with written notice according to the terms defined in their project agreement.
